Bodybuilding is a strenuous weight lifting

Her great ability in massage therapy greatly
reduced my muscle soreness and improved my flexibility. Using Reeces services
has helped make huge changes on my physique and helped me to be able to train
harder and be injury free - Rob Reinaldo, Mr Britain 2010

What is Sports Massage?
Sports massage can be used in the treatment of
injuries, such as a hamstring strain, recurring injuries, and issues with
posture. It is deeper than your average massage, and is normally used by sports
professionals, although it will benefit everyone. I combine treatments such as
Swedish massage, trigger points, soft tissue release and stretching, depending
on the complaint.
Sports massage is especially helpful for
knotted muscles, back pain, aching legs and tight gluteal muscles.
Having a regular massage helps to prevent against injuries and lets you relax and unwind!
Sports Massage is not just for sporting professionals. It's therapeutic treatment benefit's many people that have never played sport! Whether your a runner or an office worker, we can relieve pain and promote relaxation.
Most clients who receive treatment have commonly suffered with both chronic or acute back pain or other problems related to systemic muscular pain (such as tight hamstrings, quadriceps etc). As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
